worked for 27 years as a property manager as well as a project manager at The Brick Companies. (Queenstown Harbor Golf, South River Golf, and Potomac Ridge). During that time he served on the board of the Maryland Tourism Council as well as the National Golf Course Owners Association and founded a corporate non-profit: The Brick Companies Foundation. His experience with promoting the charitable work of the Foundation led him to utilize digital media and to understand the value of podcasting early on.
discovered his passion for broadcasting at a young age. He began his career in terrestrial radio and quickly became a full-time on-air talk show host. Podcasting since 2005, Zeballos established himself as a thought leader through his work on some of the nation’s top-rated podcasts, both on and off-air. Oscar earned his Executive MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2016. In 2018 Oscar was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the UMD Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship and is currently an Executive Fellow for the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets.
