About Us

Charlie Birney

worked for 27 years as a property manager as well as a project manager at The Brick Companies. (Queenstown Harbor Golf, South River Golf, and Potomac Ridge). During that time he served on the board of the Maryland Tourism Council as well as the National Golf Course Owners Association and founded a corporate non-profit: The Brick Companies Foundation. Podcasting since 2005, Zeballos established himself as a thought leader through his work on some of the nation’s top-rated podcasts, both on and off-air.
