Covid-19 Plan

In accordance with the Washington, D.C. reopening phase plan and CDC guidelines Podville Media has reopened its Dupont Circle studios  located at 1900 M St. NW, Ste. 400, with the proper phase 1 COVID-19 safeguard strategies in place.

Please Note: We have added Dr. Jose Luis Zeballos as an outside consultant to help aid our team with the best practices and countermeasures. Dr. Zeballos worked for over 25 years as an epidemiologist at the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization.

Below is our new protocol for productions and office engagement.

Health Screenings: We are currently operating with essential only personnel on site for productions with all others teleworking. For on site staff, we are conducting daily temperature and symptom monitoring upon arrival.

Masks/Face Coverings: Masks or face coverings are now required in all common areas of our studios. This includes the main lobby of the studios entrance, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, loading area, and hallways. Guests may remove masks once seated in the studio.

Physical Distancing Measures: Studios are limited to three people at a time. Seats will be clearly marked for clients and guests. All guests must be vaccinated and boosted.

Cleaning Procedures: The building cleaning crew wipes down and disinfects high touch points, including door handles, safety railings, elevators, and restrooms. Podville Media staff wipes down and disinfects studios and all high touch points inside and outside of our suites before and after client visits.

In addition to the added cleaning measures we are taking, we are …

  1. Adding additional time between client visits and limiting the number of persons allowed in our space at any one time to allow for safe distancing.
  2. Providing each client with their own microphone windscreen that will be used for their sessions and stored at our studios.
  3. We also have hand sanitizer stations and complimentary disposable gloves and face masks.

Our focus is to continue to protect our production partners as well our essential personnel as we transition back into normal business. We will continue to monitor this situation closely.
